Dr. Price is currently President of Dovedale Capital Ventures. Additionally, he is President of First Urban Management, Inc., the acting general partner of First Urban Communities, a Texas based residential developer. Previously he was the President of Dominion Capital Ventures, Inc. with offices in Austin, Texas, Scottsdale, Arizona and Vancouver, Canada. From 1996 to 2001, Dr. Price was President of Churchill Development and Churchill Construction Corporation, an award-winning residential developer and homebuilder in Austin, Texas. He was founder and President of the Price Consulting Group, also in Austin, a provider of utility engineering services throughout the United States from 1986 to 2001.

From 1976 to 1985 Dr. Price was President of Price Walker & Associates, Ltd., a Vancouver real estate investment and syndication company specializing in condominium conversions, development projects, and income-producing real estate investments in Canada and the United States. Formerly he served as Assistant Professor in the School of Architecture at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Price holds a B.S. (Hons) in physics and Ph. D. in engineering from the University of Liverpool, England. He has published professional papers in the field of acoustics and vibration theory, as well as two textbooks.

Mr. Butcher is currently Chief Investment Officer of Dovedale Capital Ventures. Formerly, he was Director of On-Campus Development & Finance with American Campus Communities from 2002 to 2004. During this time, he developed over 2,200 student housing beds in Texas and California totaling over $120,000,000. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Butcher was an acquisition officer with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments acquiring over $100,000,000 in Class ‘A’ office and multifamily investments. Prior to Lend Lease, Mr. Butcher was an acquisition officer with UBS Brinson Realty Advisors from 1998 to 1999. Whle at UBS, Mr. Butcher acquired over $75,000,000 in Class ‘A’ office, industrial and multifamily assets.

Mr. Butcher holds a BBA in Finance and Minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
