Nancy Conaway – Director of Asset Management

Nancy Conaway is the acting director of asset management for Dovedale Capital Ventures within that role she is responsible for all aspects of asset management including financial reporting for both individual investments and investors. She is also responsible for the financial reporting involved in Dovedale’s development projects including preparing and submitting construction draws and other financial reports to its construction lenders.

Prior to joining the Dovedale team Mrs. Conaway served in the same capacity for First Urban Communities, a Dovedale affiliate residential home building company in Austin, Texas where she headed up the bookkeeping department and was responsible for all aspects of asset management.

Her experience in the field of multi-family management and analysis began in 1989 when she was responsible for the bookkeeping department at Byram Properties, one of Austin’s most recognized developers. Byram’s portfolio included over $40 million in multi-family, warehouse and real estate developments. Later she served in a similar capacity to Roberson Investments, Inc. another Austin apartment developer who developed over 1,000 multi-family units.
